For patients who are not able to attend meetings we do have a virtual patient group where the practice will forward information via your email address, the form to join can be collected at reception or completed online by clicking on the link below.

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
