Welcome to Arran Medical Centre
We are 2 doctor Training Practice, actively involved in the training of future GPs. We provide a high standard of care reflected by achievement of high quality score and easy access.
We see all our patients on the same day
We have trainee doctors and take medical students from Warwick University.
(It is possible that, as part of the educational process, medical students will have access to medical records. All medical students have signed confidentiality documents. You may find students to be present at the time of your consultation)

The Accessible Information Standard
Better Communication with Patients:We want to get better at communication with our patients. We want to make sure you can understand the information we send you. If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.
- We want to know if you need information in braile, large print or easy read.
- We want to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate
- We want to know if we can support you to lipread or use a hearing aid or communication tool.

Name Accountable GP
You will have been allocated a named accountable GP who will be responsible for your overall care this will be Dr A Bhattacharyya
Having a named GP does not prevent you seeing any other doctor in the practice. Your named GP will not be available at all times and if your needs are urgent, you may need to discuss them with an alternative doctor.
If you are 75 and over you will have already been allocated a GP and are entitled to an Over 75 health check.
